Pre-Wedding
- 2 Consultation meetings- An initial meeting to get you started in the right direction, the second 1 month prior to the wedding to help finalize your details.
- Vetted Vendor list and Budget Guide as well as Important questions for vendors
- Final venue walk through 1 month prior to wedding
- Day of Coordination services
Wedding Day
- Production of wedding ceremony and reception.
- Coordinate and assist with ceremony and reception set up
- Liaison for all wedding party, family members, & vendors Day Of
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Assist DJ/MC/Band for a smooth transition of all events
- Make sure that VIP’s or older guests are cared for
- Supervise and communicate event timeline to catering staff
- Clean up & organize props and materials at the end of each event
- Available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences
- Distributing final payments or gratuity to vendors as needed
- Up to 8 hours of on-site service with our coordination team to ensure you have an amazing wedding day without worrying about the background details, allowing you to relax and enjoy
